For Xbox's launch of Forza Horizon 6, I worked with Swamp to fuse the game's Japan-set Horizon Festival with a JDM car meet.

I directed the festival's driving test experience: putting fans behind the wheel of a Honda-e opposite a punishingly strict driving instructor.

I tested their focus with ‘distractions’; a bullet train, jaywalking pensioners and a full-on water balloon and water gun ambush.

Pass and you walked away with your own Forza Horizon Japanese driving licence, and 1 of 5 wristbands gamers collected after completing all challenges in the festival.

Fail, and the instructor cut it up in your face.
